Our Passion
Change is possible
House of Gray was established to support individuals who frequently occupy caregiving, leadership, or supportive roles and may experience emotional isolation or difficulty expressing vulnerability within personal relationships. The practice is committed to educating, empowering, and promoting healing within communities impacted by intergenerational stressors and systemic challenges. This therapeutic space is designed to foster emotional safety, self-reflection, and the development of effective self-care strategies.
The clinical environment at House of Gray is grounded in empathy, psychological safety, and a nonjudgmental therapeutic stance. Treatment focuses on supporting clients in identifying meaning within personal challenges, strengthening internal resources, and enhancing overall resilience and well-being.
House of Gray emphasizes the development of psychological flexibility and self-compassion, encouraging clients to move beyond rigid self-criticism and engage more adaptively with life’s complexities. Therapy begins by meeting clients at their current stage of readiness and collaboratively establishing goals to promote insight, connection, and measurable progress.
Clinical services are informed by evidence-based modalities, including Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy. Interventions are individualized to align with each client’s presenting concerns and therapeutic objectives. To learn more about engaging in treatment and beginning your journey toward greater emotional balance and well-being, please contact House of Gray to schedule a consultation.

Why Therapy?
Why Therapy?
You may have attempted to manage symptoms of depression or anxiety independently and are now experiencing uncertainty about the future or a sense of diminished meaning in your life. Therapy offers a structured and supportive environment to explore these concerns and develop effective strategies for change. Regardless of the presenting concerns, treatment begins by meeting you where you are and identifying goals that align with your values and needs.
Therapy is a collaborative process focused on growth, insight, and self-discovery. Within sessions, I utilize evidence-based interventions to support behavioral change, enhance psychological flexibility, and promote adaptive cognitive and emotional responses. The therapeutic process is designed to help clients develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior while improving overall functioning and well-being.
With professional training and clinical experience, I provide individualized care to support you in regaining stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. At House of Gray, therapy emphasizes balance, nuance, and resilience—recognizing that meaningful growth often occurs within life’s complexities. You deserve support in building a fulfilling and value-driven life.
